Help refine Leduc’s latest draft Land Use Bylaw The City of Leduc is refining its Land Use Bylaw, which helps guide how land and buildings are used and developed across the city. Community feedback so far shows residents want thoughtful, balanced growth with emphasis on more housing options, especially in growing areas, while also carefully integrating new housing types in established neighbourhoods to fit the existing neighbourhood scale and context.
