Coffee & Conversations: Contracts and Negotiations for Non-Profits

This course provides basic and practical instruction in understanding and negotiating in industry. Participants gain familiarity with key contractual terms and develop professional negotiation skills through exposure to real-life agreements. The course prepares learners to recognize potential contractual risks and advocate effectively for all parties involved in the contracting process.
